These terms explain how WaveHollor’s internet radio directory and station listings work. Please read them before submitting a station or purchasing a sponsored placement.

1. Who these terms cover

“WaveHollor,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of wavehollor.com. These terms apply when you use the directory, submit a station for listing, or purchase a sponsored placement. By submitting a station or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you submit on behalf of a station or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Directory and third-party streams

WaveHollor helps listeners discover internet radio stations and links to streams operated by their broadcasters. We do not host, control, or license the music or programming on third-party streams. Stations, streams, websites, and their availability may change or stop without notice. A listing on WaveHollor does not mean that we endorse a station’s content.

3. Station submissions and review

You must provide accurate station information and a working, lawful HTTPS audio stream that can play in a browser. You must own the station or have permission to submit it, and you are responsible for rights, permissions, and licenses relating to your station, stream, name, logo, description, and programming. Do not submit misleading information, malicious links, or material that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

We review both free and sponsored requests before a station appears. Submission or payment does not guarantee approval. We may decline a request, ask for corrections, edit presentation details for clarity, or remove a listing if it is inaccurate, unavailable, unlawful, infringes rights, or violates these terms. We will not treat payment as permission to bypass review.

4. Free listings

A standard listing request is free. If approved, it may appear among regular directory results. We do not promise a review time, a particular position, continued inclusion, or any amount of listening traffic.

5. Sponsored listings and payment

One approved sponsored station listing appears in the separate, clearly labeled Sponsored stations area for 30 consecutive days. The 30 days begin when we approve and activate the listing, not when you submit the request or pay. The price is a one-time $29 USD charge per placement. We will tell you about any applicable tax before you pay. A sponsored placement does not renew automatically. Further placement requires a new request and payment.

Contact us at support@wavehollor.com about a sponsored placement. We review the station and send payment instructions privately. Do not pay until you receive them. We confirm payment before activating a sponsored spot; payment alone does not guarantee approval. The service does not include broadcasting, stream hosting, music licensing, a guaranteed position within the sponsored area, advertising on the audio stream, a guaranteed audience, or a guarantee of revenue.

6. Cancellations and refunds

If we decline a paid sponsored request before its listing begins, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. You may also ask to cancel a paid request before approval and receive a full refund. Once an approved sponsored placement begins, a cancellation requested by the station owner does not automatically entitle the owner to a refund for unused days. If we cannot provide the purchased placement, contact us so we can correct the problem or provide an appropriate refund. These terms do not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

To request cancellation, report a problem, or ask for a refund, email support@wavehollor.com with your station name and the email used for the request. Do not send full card details by email. When we issue a refund, we use the original payment service where available and confirm the refund with you. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment service.

7. Your station information

You keep ownership of the information and material you submit. You grant WaveHollor permission to display and format your station name, description, links, and any materials you provide as needed to review and operate your listing. This permission lasts while your listing is displayed and for reasonable records related to the transaction. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant it. 8. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site or its security, submit fraudulent or unauthorized requests, use the directory for unlawful activity, or attempt to misuse the payment process. We may suspend access or remove listings when needed to address abuse, legal concerns, or technical problems.

9. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the directory available, but technical problems and third-party outages can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory and its third-party streams are provided without a guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For claims arising from a paid listing, our responsibility is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid for the listing giving rise to the claim.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these terms and post the new date here. Changes apply going forward; material changes to an existing paid placement will not reduce the promised 30-day service without your agreement or as required by law.
